RJ Filter Bags
The Carter Day RJ Filter is simple, rugged, effective and proven since the 1960’s. The reverse jet (RJ) dust filter has been successfully used in all types of applications and will handle air streams which have light, medium or heavy concentrations of material. The Carter Day RJ pioneered the reverse air technology for many other manufacturers like MAC, Pneumafil and Airlanco.
One of the reasons for the high air to cloth ratios and peak efficiencies of the RJ filter can be attributed directly to the quality and performance of the RJ filter bags, and we, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the RJ filter bag, have an advantage that no other filter bag manufacturers can provide. Our bags are manufactured on-site in our factory, which allows Day Filters™ to have complete quality control, timely delivery, highest quality, and cost savings that we pass directly to you our customer.
Our Day Filters™ bags for the RJ filters have more and finer fibers, and can be needled through a scrim to achieve optimum efficiency. Other non-OEM bags use less and coarser fibers to maintain 16 oz weight. Why buy another bag if filtration performance is important?
